*For customers who select Sagawa, shipments to Okinawa will be made by Yamato.

Notes: If you are unable to receive your item after it has been shipped
1-After the product is shipped, it will be delivered when it arrives at our local office. (Within 5-7 days) If the package is returned to our warehouse due to your absence, you will be charged the round trip shipping fee.
2-If you have already paid the shipping fee, we will deduct the shipping fee from your refund. If you have paid after the order, we will charge you the shipping fee separately.
3-If you would like to have the item redelivered, we will accept your request on the condition that you pay the above round-trip shipping fee.
4-Note: We will contact you by email and phone at least three times during the storage period at our local office, and will contact you by email and phone at least three more times after the item has been returned.
