Delivery time for each product

We achieve low prices by sourcing our products overseas.
In order to keep product prices as low as possible, it may take 5 to 11 business days from confirmation of payment to delivery depending on the product. Also, there may be cases where our company is delayed in receiving notifications from overseas stock when an item is out of stock. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, we will contact you by email, so please be aware of this.

If you are unable to receive your item after it has been shipped

• After the product is shipped, it will be delivered when it arrives at our local office (within 5 to 7 days). If the package is returned to our warehouse due to your absence, you will be charged the round-trip shipping fee.
• Depending on the customer's circumstances, we may ask the customer to cover the cost of round-trip shipping. If you have already paid, we will deduct the shipping cost from the refund. If you have paid later, we will charge you the round-trip shipping cost separately.
• If you would like to have the item redelivered, we will accept your request on the condition that you pay the round-trip shipping fee listed above.
• Note: We will contact you by email and phone at least three times during the storage period at our local office, and will contact you by email and phone at least three more times after the item has been returned .
